Pallet Vouchers


Pallet vouchers are used when a direct exchange (1:1 exchange) of EUR pallets is not possible. Please note that pallet vouchers are only issued to suppliers who have not entered into a partnership with Migros Packaging Exchange Management (MTM). For MTM partners, neither the 1:1 exchange nor pallet vouchers are permitted.


Redeeming a Pallet Voucher

• Pallet vouchers can be redeemed at all Migros cooperatives.
• Collections of more than 33 pallets must be reported to MTM Dispatch at least two days in advance. Subject to availability, the pallets will be reserved for you.
• Pallets will only be issued upon presentation of the original yellow voucher.
• A reservation expires if the pallets are not collected on the agreed date.
• Pallet vouchers that are not redeemed within their 6‑month validity period will expire.
