Dispatching
Migros Exchange Equipment Management (MTM) controls and manages the pool of exchange packaging, plans the allocation of exchange units, and ensures that sufficient quantities are available at all times.
Please note the following provisions:
• Exchange packaging is always planned and allocated for the following day.
• All requirements for the following day must be entered in myMTM by 07:00 a.m.
• If you need to place an additional order or modify an existing order after 07:00 a.m., please contact MTM Dispatch.
• A processing fee is charged for additional orders.
• Once MTM has completed the dispatch planning process, the quantities scheduled for collection can be viewed in myMTM under the “Orders” tile.
To be notified by e-mail when the dispatch planning process has been completed, please activate the corresponding notification in your user profile.
